We're looking for a Database Engineer with strong experience in SQL, PL/SQL, Stored Procedures, and Java integration. This role focuses on performance tuning, database automation, and integrating databases with Java applications.

Responsibilities:

Design and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and triggers

Develop PL/SQL scripts and packages for process automation

Perform query optimization and indexing for high-performance DB operations

Work with Java developers to ensure smooth DB integration

Design and maintain ETL processes for data migration/transformation

Troubleshoot slow queries, deadlocks, and performance issues

Ensure database security, backups, and recovery practices

Maintain DB documentation and support data governance initiatives

Create DDL scripts for DBAs to manage DB objects
