Job Description:

 

We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Revenue Operations Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a key partner to our sales organization—providing insights, building forecasts, and helping drive operational excellence. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, or FP&A, and is highly proficient in Excel and CRM tools such as Salesforce.


Responsibilities:

  • Support sales leadership with timely and accurate pipeline and forecast reporting on a weekly basis.
  • Analyze deal flow, sales trends, and performance metrics to identify areas of opportunity or risk.
  • Navigate CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to extract and analyze pipeline data; maintain data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to align on business goals and initiatives.
  • Build dashboards and reports that track sales KPIs and support executive decision-making.
  • Embed with regional sales teams to provide operational support and improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Participate in the planning process by supporting quota setting, territory analysis, and sales modeling.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Finance, FP&A, or a related role supporting sales organizations.
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience building reports, forecasts, and data models.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce; able to work comfortably with deal-level and pipeline data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and geographies.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a B2B SaaS or technology company.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Knowledge of forecasting methodologies such as MEDDICC or similar frameworks.
