Job Description:
Scrum Master with DevOps experience
Defining and Prioritizing Product Features and Requirements:
- Collaborate with IT and software development teams to create and organize the product backlog.
- Ensure that the most important features are developed first.
Overseeing Product Development:
- Monitor progress to ensure a high-quality product is delivered on time and within budget.
Effective Communication with Stakeholders:
- Regularly update stakeholders on product progress.
- Gather feedback to improve the product.
Collaborating with Other Teams:
- Work closely with developers, operations, and other team members to ensure smooth communication and collaboration throughout the development process.
Defining and Measuring Product Success:
- Establish clear performance metrics and goals for the product.
- Track its success over time.
Risk Management:
- Identify and address potential risks during product development.
- Implement solutions to prevent problems.
Continuous Improvement:
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Encourage best practices and the use of the latest technologies.
Facilitating Product Launches:
- Plan and coordinate product releases for successful launches.
User Training and Support:
- Provide training and support to users for easy adoption of new products or features.
Collecting Feedback and Iterating:
- Gather feedback from users and stakeholders to make ongoing improvements to the product
- Mandatory Skills: Scrum Master, Linux Administration, development experience and Scripting knowledge
- Desired Skills- K8's experience, OpenShift, Google Cloud certification
