Role Description:

Collaborate with various internal customers (e.g Contract Ops, Revenue Ops, Legal Ops) to understand their requirements for Contract Lifecycle Management Systems and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmapCollaborate with the Privacy and Security teams to understand their requirements for Data Privacy and Security and distill into a relevant, actionable roadmap when neededCreate business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmapDrive alignment and communication with partners with conflicting demandsWrite detailed product requirements and end to end use cases to be used by engineering & design teamsEffectively present information to technical or non-technical audiences ranging from team level meetings through to Executive briefs and updatesDevelop metrics to assess the success of products and features and determine necessary enhancements

Essential Skills:

7+ years proven track record in software product management for Contract Lifecycle Management systems, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle, development, and supportCustomer-centric approach with strong verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable with interfacing with customers to understand their pain-points and needs and how to solve them.Practical knowledge of business processes, enterprise applicationsSolid knowledge in Contract Lifecycle Management a mustKnowledge in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity preferredAbility to understand complex integrations and organizational structures that support enterprise, commercial and partner selling motions.Proven ability to lead and align multiple partners across various levels of the organization and geographies.Excellent conflict-resolution management skills; effectively facilitating teams to successfully resolve issues.Attention to detail with a proactive attitude and the ability to work as part of a distributed team across North America and India.Must be self-motivated and comfortable being held accountable for developing and executing plans and actions.
