Job Description:
Requirements for S/4HANA CS & QM Senior Consultant:
- Expertise in S/4HANA: Proficiency with the S/4HANA platform is essential.
- Specialized Knowledge:
- SAP Customer Service (CS): Deep understanding of the traditional SAP Customer Service module (not the new Service Management module).
- SAP Quality Management (QM): Strong expertise in SAP Quality Management.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Blueprinting: Lead onboarding processes and develop detailed blueprints.
- Training & Documentation: Conduct training sessions and create comprehensive documentation.
- Functional Specifications: Develop and review functional specifications.
- Data Migration: Manage data migration using LSMW (Legacy System Migration Workbench).
- SAP Configuration: Perform SAP configuration and customization.
- Testing & Support: Oversee test preparation, execution, and provide test support.
- Cutover & Go-Live: Provide support during cutover and go-live phases, including hyper-care support.
- Knowledge Transfer: Facilitate knowledge transfer to the support organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively in a diverse team including members from Mexico, the US, and Germany.
- Dual Expertise: Must be adept in both SAP Customer Service (CS) and Quality Management (QM).
