Expertise in Setup/Configuring Demantra application and handling its technicalities.
Hands on Experience in Scheduling tools like Atomic.
Implementing Long range forecast for Spare Parts Business.
Defined ASCP plans and provided solutions in ASCP.
Provided solutions in ASCP releases and Work order consolidations.
Formulated & implemented Capacity Simulation with rough cut capacity planning.
Monitored ASCP Plans & created MD50s, BR100s, BP80s of supply planning requirements.
Understanding on ABC & XYZ analysis for demand prioritization in ASCP
