Required/Desired Skills:-
Extensive knowledge of business system techniques and testing methodologies for software development
Demonstrated experience in gathering business requirements and development of business rules and process flow.
Proven experience with business process design, definition and/or re-design.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid development frameworks, including BA role
High proficiency in Microsoft Office products (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Visio and SharePoint
Knowledge creating Context, Data Flow, and Functional Decomposition Diagrams
Experience in planning & coordinating user acceptance testing including developing and executing test scenarios and test cases
Experience facilitating small to large meetings
Demonstrable analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent creative thinking and problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of Jira and OpenText Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Quality Center (QC)
Experience in development of procurement related documents including RFP/SOWs, evaluation criteria as well as vendor evaluation
Experience working for State government
Behavorial Health, Healthcare or Medicaid/Managed Care experience
Experience using Microsoft Project
Technical Test planning, writing test cases/scripts, and test execution experience
