100% remote opportunity for a ServiceNow Business Analyst that currently resides in one of the following states: Wash DC, MD, VA, DE, WV, NC, PA, FL, NJ, NY, TX AND is open to becoming a FTE employee to our client, a major Healthcare Insurance organization, within 12 months of the assignment starting. The ServiceNow Business Analyst will assist our client in researching, developing, and clarifying development enhancements to the ServiceNow platform. S/he will capture business requirements in a form of agile stories, and ensures business stakeholder concurrence prior to handing off the requirements to ServiceNow developers for work. Responsibilities Include:

-Service Management Transformation projects
– Service Management Implementations
– Assists in gathering core configuration requirements, translate these into design model and manage the overall Implementation process In cooperation with developers,
– Captures customers and service providers requirements into stories, solution the approach and manage the overall implementation process in cooperation with developers.
– Service Management Remediation projects
-Assisting Delivery teams to rectify issues and improve service delivered to the customers against ServiceNow Platform.

Required Skills


– Minimum of 8 years as a Business Analyst with at least 2 years of ServiceNow experience / knowledge. Must have at least 2 modules of ServiceNow expertise.
-BS Degree is preferred but in lieu of a degree, 4 years of additional experience is acceptable (12 total)
-Experience in IT Service Management design, transition or operations processes
-Experience in business analysis and configuration or administration of 2+ modules of ServiceNow Platform
– Understanding Scrum Methodology
-Expert organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise, self-starter able to work independently with minimum of supervision
– Interpersonal skills, to help negotiate priorities and to resolve conflicts among project stakeholders; such as clients and internal team members
-Strong analytical skills are needed to critically evaluate the information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts,
– Decompose high-level information into details
– Facilitation skills to assist gathering requirements in workshops and provide training to clients and internal team members
– Demonstrate experience in communicating across all levels of an organization, at the most senior levels
