Job Description
PROJECT OVERVIEW:
The objective of the Pathways project is to implement a fully functional and Agile CCWIS Solution that is aligned with the six components of the Mississippi Child Welfare Practice Model, resulting in productive and empowered staff.
Pathways, a COTS solution, will include the ability to conduct financial and administrative business, interface with external systems (both State and Federal) and be compliant with Federal CCWIS requirements.
UAT testing is vital to the success of the Pathways project. All testers have an important mission of ensuring that Pathways performs functionally and intuitively, without issues, so end users can take full advantage of the system. The
quality review provided by UAT helps to mitigate risk as well as boost the ROI of the project. Early identification of product deficiencies allows time to fix usability/functionality issues prior to go live, thereby reducing post-production
maintenance costs and increasing end user confidence/adoption of the system
The primary objective of the UAT Testing Team is to ensure the Pathways system has been fully vetted for its functionality, usability, security and applicability in real-world scenarios prior to the official product cutover.
