  • In-depth  knowledge of BMC Remedy ARS 8.x platform or 9.x platform.

• Knowledge of BMC Remedy ITSM 8.x or 9.x

• Knowledge of BMC Remedy on Linux platforms

 

How are the primary skills/experience applied?

Development of Remedy forms and code support.

Secondary skills/experience
  • SQL Knowledge

• Oracle database experience

  • Experienced with MS Office apps (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project, Visio)

Support ticket creation automations.
