Proejct Scope:
Seeks a Release Train Engineer who will be a crucial part of our software team. The selected candidate will have to write scalable, robust, and easy-to-maintain code, and will be required to translate software requirements into high-performance products. You will also be actively involved in researching new technologies/tools that can be incorporated to improve the current system

ALL ABOUT YOU
The RTE facilitates process and execution and drive a culture of continuous improvement and integration by fostering community of practice.
They lead and/or participate in lean-agile transformations, coach leadership, and other teams in agile mindsets and new processes. They act as a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART) or product.
They work with the Agile Program Management Office on program execution and operational excellence and understand and operate within Lean Budgets to ensure adherence to Guardrails
Facilitates the development events, process and execution. They help ensure value delivery, and help drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Coach leaders, teams and Scrum Masters in SAFe, agile mindsets and new processes.
Manage and optimize the flow through the program
Work with Product and Solution Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
Facilitate the PI planning event. Summarize Team PI Objectives into Program PI Objectives and publish them for visibility and transparency
Escalate and track impediments. Help manage risks and dependencies and report status
Improve the flow of value through value streams by improving and assessing the practices associated with DevOps and Release on Demand in the Continuous Delivery Pipeline
Facilitate System Demos Drive relentless improvement via Inspect and Adapt workshops; assess the agility level of the ART and help them improve Foster Communities of Practice and the use of engineering and Built-In Quality practices
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Required Skills:
Expertise in playing the Release Train Engineer role for large initiatives, programs or Agile Release Trains
Strong knowledge of Lean-Agile principles, practices, frameworks, and method
Effective facilitation and teaching methods
Coaching and mentoring approaches, including the distinction between the two
Ability to drive decisions and resolve conflicts across multiple parties
Experience successfully running agile projects of varying size and complexity
Preferred to have Agile certifications including SAFe RTE, SPC, CSM.

Education
Bachelor’s in engineering (preferably)
Masters or MBA

 

JOB TITLE: Lead MES BSA

Location: Fremont, CA (Onsite)

Key skills / requirements (must have):

·         ~12 years’ experience in the MFG domain

·         MFG Execution System (MES) experience with Siemens Op Center

·         Experience working with Biz SMEs in MFG

·         Experience with MFG processes – Bay builds, Pulse builds, Lean line builds (Kanban)

·         HW integration between MES and shop floor systems (e.g., Pick-to-light)

·         Demonstrated ability as “functional lead” leading a team of BSAs

·         Ability to take high-level directions and translating them into executable actions for self and the team of BSAs the individual will lead

·         Demonstrate knowledge of functional integrations between MES systems, and ERP (specifically SAP) and PLM (specifically Siemens Team Center) systems

·         Demonstrated ability to define, document, review with business, solution options with associated pros / cons.

·         Demonstrated ability to document functional processes (e.g., with Visio or Mind Mapping tools)

·         Demonstrated ability to analyze business requirements and create detailed functional specifications taking business process and requirements into consideration.

·         Experience translating functional specs / design to the technical team.

·         Experience driving and leading testing (BSA functional and integration tests) and UATs working with Biz SMEs

JOB TITLE: Lab Tester( WIFI and Bluetooth tester)

JD:

Software Design Engineer in Test SDET – WiFi

We are looking for an experienced SDET that will be able to execute our WiFi test plan and do initial investigation and debugging of WiFi issues.

The RF experience (WiFi or BT ideally) must enable the candidate to narrow down the scope of the issues found during test pass: identify what is specific about a given issue, validate private fixes for it, etc.

Experience with embedded devices and Windows Driver development is a strong plus.

This is a position that is suitable for candidates with SDET background.

 

Requirements:

Knowledge of Wi-Fi at the application or network level, and familiarity with RF debugging tools: for example wireless sniffers (e.g. Wireshark, Wildpackets OnmiPeek, Ethereal)

3+ years of experience in testing or development of WiFi platforms

Strong work ethic

Big plus:

Debugging and troubleshooting skills, ability to isolate issues in complex scenarios. Ability to deal with ambiguity, and define test plans from variables.

Experience with device testing on WiFi or RF component (cellular radio, Bluetooth)

Experience on embedded devices development
