Job Description
We are seeking a skilled QA Specialist to join our team and contribute to impactful projects within the public sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quality assurance processes and methodologies, specifically within housing departments, housing authorities, urban development, or other public sector organizations (excluding healthcare). This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to work on meaningful projects in the public sector.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

·       Conduct thorough reviews of processes, reports, and deliverables to identify and resolve any quality issues.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

·       Provide regular updates and documentation on QA standards and procedures to ensure transparency and accountability.

·       Ensure that best practices in quality assurance are followed to support successful project outcomes.

Required Qualifications

·       Prior experience working with housing departments, housing authorities, urban developers, or other public sector organizations (excluding healthcare) is mandatory.

·       Strong understanding of quality assurance standards, methodologies, and tools.

·       Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and address quality-related issues.

·       Effective communication and documentation skills to ensure clear reporting and collaboration.
