Description:

We’re looking for lead QE and automation engineer who will contribute to the reliability/stability of a server-driven, C++ desktop SDK.  The candidate will lead a QE team and interact with development engineers in ensuring the robustness of the SDK’s APIs.  The candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining automation facilities for finding stability/reliability issues within the product.

 

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  1. 8 years in a QE role, last 3 in a QE leadership role.
  2. Experience leading and collaborating with an offshore QE team.
  3. Test plan generation and execution.
  4. BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
  5. Strong understanding of writing automation scripts using Javascript frameworks such as Jest, or Jasmine.
  6. Good understanding of Bash scripting for maintaining automation infrastructure on Mac.
  7. Good understanding of Windows batch scripting for maintaining automation infrastructure on Windows.
  8. Excellent communication skills.
  9. Good understanding of Xcode and Visual Studio IDEs for building C++ projects and debugging.
  10. General understanding of C++.
  11. Familiarity with MacOS and Windows operating systems.
  12. Familiarity with Jenkins for working with automation integration in continuous integration environment.
