About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Python Full Stack Developer to join our team in McLean, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python development, a deep understanding of front-end technologies, experience with Generative AI, and proficiency with Kubernetes and AWS. This hybrid position requires a candidate who can thrive in both onsite and remote environments, working collaboratively with a diverse team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Python and Angular.
• Implement and integrate Generative AI models and tools.
• Design, deploy, and manage applications on Kubernetes.
• Leverage AWS services for application deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Required Qualifications:

• 9+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with full stack development.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, particularly Angular.
• Experience with Generative AI models and their applications.
• Proficient with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services and deployments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with other front-end frameworks and libraries.
• Knowledge of other cloud platforms and container orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
