REQUIRED SKILLS            

•            10+ years of experience in software development, with significant expertise in Python and machine learning with at least 5 years in a leadership role

•            Strong background in speech-to-text technologies and unstructured data handling.

•            Proficiency in NLP and building scalable ML models.

•            Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and GCP services is essential.

•            Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

•            Strong communication skills and the ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.

•               Java and API development experience
