Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree OR additional years of experience
- 5-7+ years of proven experience
- Hands-on coding experience
- Application development in a cloud environment
- Good understanding and experience of Python
- Experience in a GCP environment and development
- A go-getter who is ready to plug in and get working
- Design and Develop: Design, develop, and maintain Python (Flash, Django) applications on GCP, adhering to best practices and security standards.
- GCP Integration: Leverage GCP services (Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, and Cloud Run) for efficient deployment and management.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitoring and troubleshooting cloud applications using Splunk, Dynatrace.
- Problem Solving: Capable of breaking down the complex technical scenarios in simplified solutions and able to articulate to leadership.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in cloud computing and Python development.
Preferred Qualifications:
- API Development: Build and maintain RESTful APIs using Apigee, prioritizing performance, scalability, and security.
- Experience with Prometheus
- GCP Development Certification
