Role: Pyspark Developer
Location: Plano, TX (Day 1 onsite)

JD:
• Sr Developer with special emphasis and experience of 8+ years on Pyspark and Python along with Java J2EE, creation and maintenance of Web based applications, test plans, and user guides.
• 8+ years of experience in designing and developing Java/ J2EE Applications with Pyspark.
• 5+ years of sound knowledge on Pyspark to implement ETL logics and dbt, snowflake, airflow.
• Full stack development with react. Experience in Data Architecture & Platform Integration
Strong understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React & JavaScript.
• Proficiency in data modelling and design, including PL/SQL development
• Design, develop, and implement innovative data technology solutions that support the business objectives. A pivotal role in translating business needs into robust and scalable data architectures.
• Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of data technology projects, from conception to successful implementation.
• Leverage expertise in data management, technology, and project management to guide the team in achieving strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and success metrics for data technology initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Manage and allocate resources effectively, including data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and other technical specialists.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, providing coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in data technology, and identify opportunities to leverage them for project benefit
