We are seeking a skilled PTC Windchill Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing Windchill PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions to enhance product development processes and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Windchill Administration and Support:
• Manage and administer PTC Windchill environments, including installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windchill-related issues.
• Ensure system performance, security, and data integrity.
PLM Process Optimization:
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements using Windchill. Customize and configure Windchill modules to meet business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, lifecycles, and access control policies.
User Training and Documentation:
• Create and update user manuals, training materials, and system documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of Windchill.
• Assist in the development of best practices and standards for PLM processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.
Proven experience with PTC Windchill administration and configuration.
Strong understanding of PLM concepts and best practices.
Proficiency in customizing Windchill modules and developing workflows.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
