Detailed Job Description:
Work with RTE and Product Owner on Feature Hand offs, Feature Refinement and Backlog refinement
Attend weekly dependency sync meetings to provide updates on your team dependencies and work to resolve the dependencies
Facilitate PI Planning, attend Scrum of Scrums to provide updates to RTE during PI Planning and attend Dependency meetings
Collect metrics for each iteration and provide status updates in ART Sync and Weekly sync up meetings with stakeholders
Work with Product Owner and Scrum Teams to ensure team maintains the healthy backlog
Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.
Ensure the team adheres to the Agile process and comply with the client defined SDLC controls
Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution.
Facilitate all the Scrum ceremonies and guide the team on self-organizing their work
Walkthrough the metrices collected with the Agile teams for each iteration and ensure team meets the iteration commitment, PI commitment
Coordinate with external teams, vendors, integration partners to resolve dependencies
Organize and facilitate Retrospection sessions with the Agile teams at the end of each iteration
