Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of AI projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Define clear project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management.
- Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues, and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed and met.
- Coordinate the efforts of cross-functional teams, including data scientists, AI engineers, and domain experts, to ensure project success.
- Manage resource allocation to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to AI technologies, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
- Ensure AI solutions meet high standards of quality, accuracy, and performance.
- Implement quality control processes and conduct regular reviews and audits to ensure adherence to project requirements and industry standards.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design innovative AI solutions that meet business and client needs.
- Oversee the implementation and integration of AI models and algorithms into production environments.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancements.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and lessons learned sessions to drive improvements in future projects.
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of AI concepts, technologies, and applications.
- Proficiency with AI development platforms and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
- Strong project management skills, including experience with Agile methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to navigate complex technical and organizational challenges.
