ICertis CLM+ Salesforce- Project Management
We are looking for a seasoned PM with experience in below key areas of Project Management alongside good experience in CLM domain including Salesforce:
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning: Develops comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
- Team Management: Leads and manages project teams, assigning tasks, setting deadlines, and ensuring team members have the necessary resources and support.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engages with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations, ensuring they are informed and involved throughout the project lifecycle.
- Risk Management: Identifies potential project risks and develops mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Quality Assurance: Ensures that project deliverables meet quality standards and requirements.
- Budget Management: Manages project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
- Progress Monitoring: Tracks project progress, preparing status reports and communicating updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Performance Evaluation: Conducts post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Around 10+ years of total experience in IT with atleast 5+ years as a PM in IT domain.
- Experience in CLM and Salesforce is mandatory. ICertis CLM is highly preferred.
- Experience in Salesforce Revenue management, billing module, Rebate Management, CPQ is highly desirable.
Important Soft Skills required for the role:
- Assertive, well spoken. excellent written skills showcased through good quality reports.
