Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Project Management: Lead and manage ServiceNow development projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
• Scrum Leadership: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and change logs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in ServiceNow development.
• Scrum Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform and its capabilities.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications.
• Industry Experience: Experience in IT service management or related industry.
