Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities.
  • Define project scope with key stakeholders and effectively manage milestones and dependencies.
  • Support the management of financial, contractual, and operational commitments.
  • Monitor delivery performance and quality using metrics and status reporting.
  • Mitigate risks as defined in project plan.
  • Manage all change requests, validate all budget/schedule impacts, obtain the stakeholder’s commitment, and communicate approved changes to all teams.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in IT project implementation with at least 5 years in SAP projects (end-to-end) implementation.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in managerial role, leading team to deliver complex & large-scale SAP project implementation.
  • Possess strong knowledge and experience in large and complex SAP implementation.
  • Possess strong stakeholder management with the ability to properly manage stakeholder expectations and escalations.
  • Possess strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills
