Mandatory Skills: Blue Yonder WMS Platform.
Job Description:
Communicate with stakeholders, including business users and management, regarding the status of production issues, resolution timelines, and any required actions or escalations.
Prioritize production issues based on impact, urgency, and business priorities, ensuring that critical issues are addressed with the highest priority.
Participate in post-incident reviews and root cause analysis sessions to identify opportunities for system improvements and preventive measures.
Provide support and guidance to end-users on using the Blue Yonder WMS system effectively, including troubleshooting common issues and providing training as needed.
Utilize strong development knowledge to design and create reports, labels, and Page Builder configurations within the Blue Yonder WMS platform.
Develop Moca commands to extend the functionality and capabilities of the Blue Yonder WMS system.
Create design documents and technical specifications to guide the development and implementation of customized solutions.
Provide troubleshooting support to resolve system issues and ensure the smooth operation of the Blue Yonder WMS platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions in an Agile methodology.
Utilize Jira for task management, issue tracking, and project coordination.
Leverage experience in ServiceNow to integrate with other enterprise systems and support IT service management processes.
Stay updated on new features, enhancements, and best practices related to the Blue Yonder WMS platform, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
