Role: Programmer Analyst 4(SharePoint Developer)
Location: Lansing, MI-Hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in project review meetings and design IT solutions.
- Develop software code, adhering to standards and best practices.
- Maintain documentation, including system specifications and flow diagrams.
- Monitor work requests and assist in help desk tickets.
- Test systems to ensure compliance with business rules.
- Maintain and upgrade systems, track defects, and provide root cause analysis.
- Follow change management procedures and collaborate with vendors.
- Apply Agile and development methodologies.
- Assist with requirements gathering and testing for SharePoint sites.
- Provide SharePoint training and support to division staff.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 4+ years of SharePoint experience.
- Proficiency in systems development life cycle and business requirements gathering.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently or within a team, manage time effectively, and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Familiarity with MS Office 365 Suite; knowledge of Azure DevOps, Power BI, Business Objects, Tableau, SQL, or Linux is a plus.
