Program Manager – Power BI

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager with a strong background in Data and AI, along with expertise in Tableau and Power BI. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing data-driven projects, ensuring successful delivery, and driving strategic initiatives that leverage data analytics and AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Lead and manage multiple data and AI projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders, to define project goals, requirements, and deliverables.

Data Analysis and Visualization: Utilize Tableau and Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Team Leadership: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

Expierence Range

Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on data and AI projects.

Secondary Skills (Good To have)*

PMP, Scrum Master, or other relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience with other data visualization tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and AI frameworks.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and big data technologies.
