Location: Cary, NC (Onsite)

Roles and Responsibilities:
• At least 10 years of experience as an Program Manager, senior Tecnical manager, with a significant focus on managing large, transformational initiatives using SAFe Principles & Agiles.• A total of 10+ years of experience in software delivery and transformation programs in insurance industry is must. • Demonstrated excellence in communication and stakeholder management, budget planning, organize calls with business stake holder.• Proven ability to stand up and lead large programs from inception to completion on the RTE’s and scale with scrum of scrums. • Strong leadership skills with experience in building and guiding diverse teams for planning, budget.• Strong SAFe expertise and Agile experience and Project management roles / Principles of managers. • Knowledge of CI/CD, testing, metrics, project management, and technical collaboration• Ability to secure buy-in from diverse stakeholders and influence without authority• Ability to collaborate and brainstorm in a team environment and holistically manage challenges• Experience working with various vendors, establishing user forums, training, and roadmap sessions
- The role will include collaborating with partners from business, operations, technology, and risk management functions to manage and drive scalable solutions.
- Serve as the primary communication lead, articulating program vision and progress to all stakeholders, including executive leadership.
- Build and oversee a robust Agile Program management, Project planning and principls to ensure seamless operation and alignment of large-scale projects
- Facilitating PI planning, backlog refinement, and iteration planning and project plan updates to senior management.
- Ensure effective execution of program increments and adherence to Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitating key ceremonies like PI planning and Scrum of Scrums
- Identifying and resolving dependencies, risks, and impediments impacting train delivery through servant leadership and influencing skills.
- Manage risk and resolve issues that affect program scope, quality, and schedule
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
- Enabling teams through coaching and mentoring.
- Promoting an Agile mindset focused on innovation and learning.
- Strong in Power point preparation for Management reporting.
- Strong in Dashboard preparations.
