Role: *Production Support Consultant (with PHP)*

Description: We are seeking a skilled Production Support Engineer with expertise in PHP to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting production environments, ensuring the smooth operation of our web applications, and resolving any issues that arise in a timely manner. You will work closely with the development, QA, and operations teams to troubleshoot problems, implement solutions, and optimize the performance of our applications.
Requirements:
Database Management: Proficiency in working with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases. Ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
Web Technologies: Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies.
Server Administration: Familiarity with Linux/Unix operating systems, including command-line tools and shell scripting.
Monitoring Tools: Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, Grafana, or similar.
Version Control: Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues and implement solutions quickly.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Experience: Minimum of [3] years of experience in a production support role with a focus on PHP applications.
