Roles and Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document and analyze detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness and feasibility.
- Documentation:Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, process flows and technical design documents.
- Translate Business Needs to Technical Solutions:Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment and feasibility.
- System and Process Analysis:Evaluate existing systems, processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend technical solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Solution Design Support:Assist in designing technical solutions, workflows and systems architecture based on business requirements and industry best practices.
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Collaborate with stakeholders to define test cases, conduct UAT and ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify potential risks and issues in the proposed solutions, and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Manage relationships with business units, project managers, developers and other relevant parties.
- Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and optimization to enhance business operations.
Skills Required:
- Proven years of experience as a Product Owner/ Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on technical projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
- Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling and documentation tools.
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
