Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document and analyze detailed business requirements, ensuring clarity, completeness and feasibility.
  2. Documentation:Create comprehensive documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, process flows and technical design documents.
  3. Translate Business Needs to Technical Solutions:Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment and feasibility.
  4. System and Process Analysis:Evaluate existing systems, processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend technical solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Solution Design Support:Assist in designing technical solutions, workflows and systems architecture based on business requirements and industry best practices.
  6. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):Collaborate with stakeholders to define test cases, conduct UAT and ensure that delivered solutions meet business requirements and quality standards.
  7. Risk Assessment and Mitigation:Identify potential risks and issues in the proposed solutions, and work with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
  8. Communication and Stakeholder Management:Effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders. Manage relationships with business units, project managers, developers and other relevant parties.
  9. Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and optimization to enhance business operations.

Skills Required:

  1. Proven years of experience as a Product Owner/ Business Analyst or similar role, with a focus on technical projects.
  2. Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Proficiency in requirement-gathering techniques, process modeling and documentation tools.
  4. Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  5. Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
