Job Title: Power BI Lead/Architect

Location: Santa Clara, CA – Hybrid

Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Power BI Lead/Architect with a strong background in User Experience (UX) Design to transform a client's Power BI system into a user-friendly, intuitive, and efficient platform. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Power BI architecture, dashboard design, and UX optimization to solve complex usability challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the client's existing Power BI system to identify user experience issues and inefficiencies.
  • Design and implement user-centric Power BI dashboards and reports that align with business goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet user needs.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for Power BI design, ensuring clarity, usability, and functionality.
  • Provide guidance and technical leadership in Power BI architecture and data visualization.
  • Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to refine designs and features.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in Power BI development, architecture, and dashboard customization.
  • Strong expertise in User Experience (UX) Design principles and practices.
  • Proven ability to solve complex usability issues and deliver user-friendly solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data modelling and DAX optimization.
  • Knowledge of modern UX design tools and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
