Role : Power BI Developer
Location : Iselin NJ (Hybrid 2-3 days office)

Key Responsibilities:
• Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business stakeholders’ needs.
• Build and maintain efficient, scalable data pipelines for data integration and transformation.
• Collaborate with data analysts and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom data solutions.
• Implement complex DAX calculations and measures to support advanced data analysis.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes using SQL and other data engineering tools.
• Ensure data security and compliance with best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data pipelines and Power BI reports.
• Provide training and support to end users on Power BI and data engineering best practices.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Power BI development, including report and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data visualization concepts.
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and extraction.
• Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations.
• Proficiency in C# for developing custom data solutions and integrations.
• Experience with ETL tools and techniques for data integration.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Adaptability to changing business requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, or a related field (Power BI certifications are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Power Platform tools like Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Experience with JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, RESTful Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
