Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in configuring and optimizing the SAP PM module to improve maintenance processes within our organization. This is a contract position for 6 months, offering competitive compensation.
Key Responsibilities:
SAP PM Configuration:
Design, configure, and customize the SAP Plant Maintenance module to meet business needs.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, task lists, and maintenance plans.
Process Optimization:
Analyze and improve existing maintenance processes to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
Oversee work order management, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance activities.
Integration Management:
Collaborate with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CO) to ensure seamless integration of maintenance functions across the organization.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
Generate and analyze maintenance reports to identify trends, performance metrics, and areas for improvement.
Present findings to stakeholders and recommend actionable solutions.
User Training & Support:
Provide training to end-users on SAP PM functionalities and best practices.
Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure effective system utilization.
Project Leadership:
Lead SAP implementation projects or upgrades related to Plant Maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project objectives and deadlines.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience working with the SAP Plant Maintenance module.
Proven track record of successful SAP PM implementations and process optimizations.
Technical Skills:
In-depth knowledge of SAP PM functionalities and integration with other SAP modules.
Strong understanding of maintenance processes in manufacturing or industrial environments.
