Job Title: PLM Consultant (Windchill)
Client: Birlasoft/Johnson&Johnson
Location: Remote (Candidates from CST and PST time zones preferred)
Travel: Raritan, NJ (Milestone basis)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled PLM Consultant with expertise in Windchill to join our team for a remote opportunity supporting our esteemed clients, Birlasoft and Johnson&Johnson. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) processes and hands-on experience with Windchill software.
Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Windchill solutions to meet client requirements.
• Provide technical expertise and support for Windchill PLM system.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and recommend PLM solutions.
• Customize Windchill modules as per project needs, including workflows, data migration, and integrations.
• Conduct system testing, performance tuning, and troubleshooting during implementation phases.
• Train end-users and provide ongoing support and guidance.
• Document technical designs, deployment procedures, and user guides.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in PLM technology, specifically Windchill.
• Adhere to project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a PLM Consultant with specialization in Windchill.
• Strong knowledge of PLM concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
• Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing Windchill modules.
• Familiarity with CAD integration, BOM management, and change management processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present solutions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, adhering to CST and PST time zones.
• Willingness to travel on a milestone basis as required by project needs.
