Job Role: ServiceNow FSO Tech Lead
Work Location: Saint Paul, MN (Onsite)

Job description
Technical Skills: (Primary)
- Hands on experience in implementing ITSM FSO CSM etc
- Client and Server APIs i e Glide Dialog, Window Glide Form Glide Aggregate Glide Record etc
- Validate requirements and highlight discrepancies
- Design solution and suggest technical best practices
- Provide domain architecture and the technical aspects of the project
- End to end guidance and review of FSO Implementation customization in ServiceNow
- Participate in requirement gathering meetings and provide inputs to the developers based on the requirements
- Technical Skills (Secondary – Nice to have, NOT MANDATORY):
- Ensure information is accurate and feasible
Soft Skills
- As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
- Insurance Domain Knowledge
- Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
- Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
Certifications
- ServiceNow Administration certification
- ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification FSO ITSM various tracks
- ServiceNow Master Architect Certification optional
