I’m reaching out to share an exciting Project Manager opportunity with a pharma domain client in Jersey City, NJ. Below are the key job details:

Position: Project Manager
Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Tax Terms: C2C
Work Authorization: USC, GC, GC-EAD, H4EAD
End-Client: Pharma Domain Client (Prime Vendor Tier)

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of automation and system integration projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals.
• Strong focus on Agile methodologies, system integrations (e.g., JD Edwards, Model-N Flex, Oracle CPQ, Dell Boomi),
• Pharmaceutical revenue management systems.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in pharma or revenue management systems.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and SDLC.
• Experience managing system integration projects and vendor relationships.
• Familiar with JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Power BI.
• PMP, CSM, or SAFe certification is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Pharma revenue management (chargebacks, rebates, government pricing, etc.).
• Experience with compliance/audit processes in a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
