Client has an immediate opening for a Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Performance Engineer to support a major healthcare partner in a fully remote
capacity.
Position Description:
The Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Performance Engineer will support a variety of projects and
initiatives related to the company’s core healthcare software offerings.
What You’ll Get to Do:
• Work in a highly collaborative environment across both engineering and business teams.
• Improve the reliability of software applications and IT systems.
• Create test strategies, test plans and executing performance and load testing activities for large scale, mission-critical applications.
• Collect and analyze test result data.
• Describe the application's performance characteristics/trends.
• Drive the constant improvement of Performance Test Automation practices.
You’ll Bring these Qualifications:
• Minimum 4 recent years in the role of SQA Performance Engineering experience.
• Minimum 2 years testing Core Claims Administration vendor platforms (performance testing).
• Minimum 4 years of recent experience using LoadRunner performance testing tool.
• Documented knowledge of claims adjudication and claims payment workflow.
• Experience with TriZetto Facets and/or QNXT platforms.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Experience with JMeter.
• Strong experience with the design and development of automated performance, stability,
scalability, reliability, and load tests.
• Experience testing the performance and capacity of products in development, which involves
reviewing and analyzing system requirements and business needs.
• Experience monitoring systems under test, measure and record key performance indicators,
analyze and interpret results.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholder
groups and individuals.
