PeopleSoft NA Payroll Tester

• Must have at least 8+ years of overall experience with deep experience in PeopleSoft NA Payroll.
• Must demonstrate proven abilities and success with NA Payroll module with respect to functional configuration.
• Must have strong orientation for testing PS NA Payroll modules mainly Payroll parallel testing.
• Good at concepts – Earnings, Deductions, Taxes, Net Pay level, Exempt , Non Exempt , executing Payroll etc. 
• Good at Documenting test results.
• Strong communication skills and customer handling skills .
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to acquire, absorb, and apply complex business knowledge to problems quickly.
