Peoplesoft HCM Functional Consultant – Remote
- Project System Matter Expert focused on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Benefits Administration.
- Experience implementing Qualified Savings Plans and supporting processes.
- Experience converting general payroll deductions to benefits administration plan types.
- Experience with third-party integrations and interface processes.
- Ability to work directly with PeopleSoft developers to achieve functional design objectives.
- Assist with testing and validation of plan data conversion.
- Familiarity and understanding of the Secure 2.0 Act and its impacts on and setup of retirement savings plans.
- Working knowledge of various PeopleSoft HCM modules including Core HR, Workforce Administration, North American Payroll, and Time & Labor is also desired.
- Cloud experience is a plus.
- Assesses, researches, analyzes, and documents stakeholder needs selecting appropriate information gathering and/or modeling techniques to solve problems.
- Recommends business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs continually exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients.
- Ensures successful completion of project objectives on time and as per Project methodology.
- Develops appropriate documentation and assists with end-user training for assigned projects.
- Ability to provide knowledge transfer and training documentation. Strong communication and written skills are required.
