Position – Penetration testing
Location – San Francisco, CA Onsite position
Duration – Longterm Contract
Role Description:
- Project Penetration testing in the UDN and Cloud environment.
- Perform static and dynamic application security testing.
- Simulate cyberattacks: Use hacking tools and techniques to perform attacks on a company’s systems, networks, or applications Identify vulnerabilities.
- Find gaps in security that hackers could exploit Document actions.
- Create a report on what you did and how successfully you breached security protocols Advise on security improvements.
- Suggest ways to fix or lower security risks to systems Train users.
- Provide training to users to minimize future security risks Assess physical security.
- Evaluate the security of network hardware devices and server systems physically
- Ability to fulfil all job responsibilities of penetration tester
- Ability to analyze malware/exploits through forensics, observation of network traffic and using other tools and resources to determine if CLIENT systems are vulnerable.
- Research and write in-depth reports and advisories on security risks to employees and operations
- Expert in network security, vulnerability assessment, web application security, operating system knowledge, scripting, report writing, communication, social engineering, and a deep understanding of different network components and hacking techniques to identify and exploit vulnerabilities within systems and applications effectively
- proficient in identifying potential security weaknesses and communicating their findings clearly to clients.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field is required.
