Job Description :
• Develops code; analyzes, monitors, and resolves system issues.
o Responsible for complex user stories encompassing complex feature development with broad impacts to a portfolio of applications and/or systems.
o Assists with software and system design and architecture within the assigned portfolio.
o Identifies process and technical deficiencies and offers solutions to resolve.
o Develops strategies to mitigate risk and translates those strategies into specific action plans.
o Provides mentorship to all technical staff at all levels on Pega-related topics.
o Identifies best practices and drives creation of Organizational Standards.
o Knowledge of Pega Platform architecture
o Ability to Translate business requirements into design/application builds
o Critically reviews work of other team members
o Analyzes, Identifies and logs enhancements/bugs for Pega Platform Experience and Skills
o 10+ years of Pega Platform implementation experience.
o PEGA certification CSSA (Certified Senior Systems Architect) or LSA (Lead System Architect)
o 5+ years of Architecture and Design of complex applications experience in Enterprise Applications.
o Experience with integration technologies and database applications such as SOAP, REST, Oracle/SQL Server / Postgres
o Strong object-oriented design and implementation experience.
o Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
o Advanced in one or more programming language(s)
o Proficiency in automation and continuous delivery methods
o Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle
o Experience in Design, Develop, Deploy and Supporting Application using Pega Platform
o Hands on Experience in Pega Installation and Upgrade.
o Proficient understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Testing and Performance.
