We are seeking a skilled Banking Payments Specialist with a focus on Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing payment services for SME clients, ensuring efficient, secure, and innovative payment solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of payment systems, SME financial needs, and banking operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Payment Solutions Development:
    Design, implement, and manage payment services tailored to SME clients, including domestic and international transactions.
  • Client Relationship Management:
    Act as the primary point of contact for SME clients, providing guidance on payment processes and resolving payment-related queries.
  • Transaction Monitoring:
    Oversee payment transactions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and address any discrepancies or fraud concerns.
  • Product Optimization:
    Analyze client feedback and industry trends to enhance existing payment products and identify new opportunities to meet SME demands.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    Work with internal teams (e.g., IT, Compliance, Risk) to ensure seamless delivery of payment services and integration with banking platforms.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    Ensure adherence to all relevant payment regulations (e.g., PSD2, SEPA, AML). Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory changes impacting SME banking payments.

Training and Support:
Educate SME clients and internal staff on payment tools, technologies, and best practices to optimize service utilization.
