Job Description: Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

Location: Remote, with travel to Seattle, WA

Type: Contract (Remote + Travel)

Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant for a contract position that involves remote work with frequent travel to Seattle, WA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Success Factor (SF) implementation and a strong background in the Compensation module. This role requires someone who can effectively manage organizational transitions, ensuring smooth adoption of changes introduced by Salesforce implementations, particularly in the Compensation module.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of Salesforce solutions, specifically focusing on the Compensation module.
  • Assess the current state of the organization, identify gaps, and recommend solutions to mitigate risks associated with change.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and project teams to communicate changes, manage resistance, and support employee engagement throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct impact assessments, training needs analyses, and readiness assessments to gauge the organization’s preparedness for change.
  • Create communication materials, including newsletters, presentations, and training documents, tailored to different levels of the organization.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers to enhance their change leadership capabilities.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management initiatives and adjust strategies as needed to ensure successful adoption.

Requirements:

  • Strong expertise in the Salesforce Compensation module and its integration within organizational structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive change management plans in a complex environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with willingness to travel to Seattle, WA as required.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States (US Citizen, Green Card holder, or valid H1B visa).
