Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced Order Management Cloud + O2C Functional Consultant to join our client ITC/Driscoll. This position will be based in Watsonville, CA, with an onsite presence required one week per month. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your extensive expertise in Order Management Cloud and O2C (Order to Cash) processes to provide functional consulting services.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in the implementation and enhancement of Order Management Cloud solutions.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Order Management Cloud modules to meet business needs.
• Provide expertise in O2C processes including order fulfillment, pricing, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integration with other systems and data migration activities.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and support end-users during system deployments.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven track record in multiple full lifecycle implementations of Order Management Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of O2C processes and best practices.
• Experience with Oracle Order Management Cloud module is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Ability to travel onsite to Watsonville, CA one week per month as required.
