Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant (Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits)
Location: New York City/New Jersey (Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies while assisting our clients in optimizing their HR processes. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in implementing, supporting, and optimizing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions in the areas of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the functional design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a focus on Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules.
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions and configurations.
· Provide functional and technical support to Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, including troubleshooting issues and providing resolutions.
· Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems and other Oracle modules.
· Conduct testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and help ensure the timely deployment of HCM Cloud solutions.
· Provide ongoing post-implementation support, ensuring the system is optimized and users are fully trained.
· Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud HCM product features, industry best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the solutions provided are in compliance with business needs.
· Assist with documentation, training, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of experience working with Oracle Cloud HCM (specifically Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits modules).
· Expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits functionality.
· Strong knowledge of HCM functional processes and best practices, especially in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
· Experience in working with integration tools and techniques, ensuring seamless system integration.
· Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits.
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills:
· Oracle Cloud HCM Certification is a plus.
· Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud and related technologies.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
