Overview:

As an Oracle SCM (Supply Chain Management) Techno-Functional Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in the implementation, customization, and support of Oracle SCM modules to meet the business needs of our clients. You will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring Oracle SCM applications, providing technical solutions, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle SCM solutions.

• Design, configure, and customize Oracle SCM modules such as Inventory Management, Order Management, Purchasing, and Advanced Supply Chain Planning to meet client-specific needs.

• Implement Oracle SCM modules by configuring system setups, workflows, user interfaces, reports, and integrations with other systems.

• Develop custom solutions using Oracle tools like SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, and Oracle Application Framework (OAF).

• Lead data migration activities, ensuring the smooth transition of data from legacy systems to Oracle SCM applications.

• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to validate the functionality and performance of Oracle SCM solutions.

• Provide training to end-users and create comprehensive documentation including user manuals, technical specifications, and configuration guides.

• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Oracle SCM applications, troubleshooting issues, applying patches, and implementing enhancements.

• Communicate effectively with project stakeholders including clients, project managers, business analysts, and technical teams to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
