Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Oracle SCM Cloud Planning Consultant to join our team for a client engagement. The ideal candidate will bring over 12 years of experience in supply chain management with a strong focus on Oracle Cloud modules. This role will be primarily remote, with occasional travel to Minnesota for key project milestones (all travel expenses will be covered by the client).
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle SCM Cloud modules, specifically:
o Demand Planning
o Supply Planning
o Advanced Supply Chain Planning (ASCP)
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
· Design and deliver scalable planning solutions aligned with business goals.
· Conduct system configuration, testing, and user training.
· Provide strategic input to improve planning processes and system performance.
· Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support for post-implementation.
Requirements:
· 12+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management with a focus on planning.
· Proven expertise in Oracle SCM Cloud Planning modules including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and ASCP.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· Willingness to travel to Minnesota on a milestone basis (client will bear all travel-related expenses).
