Position: Oracle Procurement Functional Consultant
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite)
Duration: 12 months Contract

- Act as the functional lead for Oracle Procurement modules: Self-Service Procurement, Purchasing, Supplier Portal, Sourcing, and Procurement Contracts, with alignment to EPC project workflows.
- Drive the design and configuration of procurement processes such as project-based procurement, complex PO structures, subcontractor management, and milestone-based payments.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Project Controls, and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration across modules (Projects, Inventory, Payables, and Contracts).
- Lead Oracle Cloud (or EBS) implementations and enhancements, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, data migration, and user training.
- Ensure procurement processes support project-specific controls including cost codes, WBS integration, commitments tracking, and compliance with project delivery milestones.
- Provide ongoing support and process improvements, ensuring alignment with internal controls and industry best practices.
Education: At least a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Software/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, or closely related field.
