Job Description:

·         Analyze and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner within the given stipulated SLA Coordination between Functional and Technical teams Conduct demo sessions for the new features that are released in quarterly Oracle patches. Maintenance of support documents Discuss with business users for new requirements and understand the issue or gap.

Essential Skills:

·         SCM Techno Functional Consultant with working experience in the below modules Order Management Advanced Pricing WMS OPM(Process Mfg) Purchasing Strong technical understanding of how the data is imported from 3rd party systems to Oracle R12 modules. Experience in performing and coordinating Unit / System Integration testing.

Job Description:

·         Basic understanding of modules (OM, Shipping, OPM) Deep understanding of Oracle Process Manufacturing (OPM) modules, including Process Execution, Product Development, Process Quality, Inventory, WIP & BOM. Configure and maintain OPM modules to meet business requirements. Document business requirements and solution designs. Prepare and conduct functional testing for relevant modules. Understand and apply OPM Cost Management functionalities. Assist with the development and implementation of OPM processes. Ability to effectively communicate with 3rd Party vendors and other support teams. Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL Sound understanding of FBDI based data imports Excellent analytical skills and understanding of business process. Able to perform multiple roles analyst/lead developer Strong verbal and written communication skills
