1. Recalculation of all the Standard Costs of the Items that are currently Manufactured

2. Review every Unit Cost. Every Unit cost have a Formula That blends Labor, Indirect Cost, and Raw Materials

3. Owing to add more Items that are not part of the Formula like Royalties, Interest, and other Elements

4. Formulas will change, the Unit Cost rollout will change, and the Impact is going to be anywhere

Job Description / Requirement:

1. Document the Current Process

2. Prevent all the hits (Possible Issues) (Impact with Internal Customers – Companies / Countries buy and sourced by WIZ Manufacturing Unit that we are going to have

3. As part of all the Manufacturing Improvements Client want to do – Client going to change the scope and the way Distribution Centers work, incorporate more third party vendors, deliver outsourced parts or outsourced finished products, blend together with internal manufacturing

4. Larger scope beyond the Unit Price rollout

5. Want to ensure and Map, how Client costing procedures are configured right now, Need to review the configuration. if the configuration needs to be corrected considering all the upcoming changes.

6. Document specially all the transactions need to activate

7. How to check if the results are correct

8. How to fix Errors

9. How to deal with Re-valuations of stock in Hand at different locations and other impacts which may present once we start the exercise

10. Need a resource who can work closely with Business Users
