Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Consultant for a contract role based in Sunnyvale, CA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development, with hands-on experience in building integrations, reports, and fast formulas. This is an onsite role, so local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and support Oracle HCM Cloud technical components including integrations, reports, and fast formulas.
· Work with tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL for reporting and data loading.
· Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality technical solutions.
· Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently and in collaboration with other team members.
· Document solutions, processes, and system configurations clearly and effectively.
Required Skills:
· Proven hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud technical development.
· Strong expertise in OTBI, BI Publisher, and HDL/SDL.
· Ability to develop, test, and deploy fast formulas.
· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
· Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
· Prior work experience in an onsite client-facing environment.
